“I can’t get no satisfaction” – Not the latest release by the Zimmers...
McCartneys, the Marches and Mid Wales largest independent auctioneers, estate agents and chartered surveyors, have launched a visionary recruitment drive “I can’t get no satisfaction”, aimed at finding the next generation of professionals for the firm.
The career opportunity programme is designed to offer great choice and scope of work experience with the various professions employed by McCartneys and ensure the candidate gets a taste of the career path best suited to them.
John Uffold, Chairman of McCartneys explained, “We are interested in young people with ambition, initiative and a willingness to learn. With many people now shunning further education due to the associated costs and debts they can incur, the programme provides a real opportunity for someone to earn and learn a broad range of skills in a firm with an excellent reputation in the community.”
With seventeen offices and five livestock markets, and professions ranging from chartered surveyor to fine art auctioneer, the depth and breadth of real work with real
people is unlimited.
The programme is aimed at all those who can make a real contribution to the future of the firm and play a vital part in its continual growth and development within the
community it serves.
John added, “Staff are our main asset and our continued success is due to our investment and development in them. This initiative presents a real opportunity for the right people.”
