The land is situated on the north westerly edge of the historic former market town of Presteigne being adjacent to the B4356. -

Travel along the Presteigne by-pass (B4356) out of town towards Whitton and Discoed. Upon leaving the 30 mph zone travel approximately 75 yards. The entrance gateway to the land is the first on your left hand side. -

Method of Sale
The land will be offered for sale by public auction on Thursday 10th November 2011. The purchaser will be expected to pay a deposit of 10% of the purchase price at the fall of the hammer. The auctioneers reserve the right on behalf of the vendor to divide, alter or amalgamate any of the lots either prior to or at the auction if required and also sell the lots in any order. -
Conditions of Sale
The property will be sold subject ot he special conditions of sale incorporated in the Contract which has been prepared by the vendors solicitors. The Contract and Special Conditions of Sale will be available for inspection at the offices of the agents and the vendors solicitors for seven days prior to the date of the auction. The purchaser will be deemed to have notice of such conditions and all the terms thereof and will be deemed to bid on these terms whether or not the purchaser has inspected them. The Speical Conditions of Sale having been availble to the purchaser, will not be read out al the auction. -
